Had the same problem, used the fix and it worked for me. Is this a bug |

| Also see http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;829143 . One other thing that will seem strange: you might want to decrease the size of the Tools-> InternetOptions-> Settings Amount of disk space to use to perhaps 50MB with dialup or 20 MB with broadband. I think that the default sizes are way high, and may often hurt performance oddly enough. Some others share that opinion. I also suspect that a smaller number is easier for Windows to keep track of. |

I don't have the problem, so it is hard to test for.> has got to be a fix for this !!! Someon please help Some things to consider are to try the download in a new file. If and if that works fine, try deleting the statement and redownloading. To delete a statement, go to Account List ToReview column. I am assuming you have a "Transactions to read:n" item there. Right-click that and choose DeleteStatement. If the download fails in a new file, it would tend to point to some quirk of that download. You have already deleted your temporary files the normal way. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;301057 may hold something that solves this, but it seems too complex for me to suggest for general use at this time. If you are adventuresome, you might try the technique described there. Please tell us what happens. A possibly related success is described in http://groups.google.com/group/micro...0f5a73b82bcb89 |

| I didn't do that yet. I thought maybe someone here might have resolved the issue. Are you suggesting that as the next step? | For two accounts that I have, "Transactions to read" which show up in the account list, are not viewable in the account register. I read a thread posted in August of last year about this issue and there didn't seem to be a resolution. My situation is perhaps a little different. I have two accounts of the same type with Wells Fargo. One of the accounts works fine, but the other has the above problem. Is there a resolition to this problem? |
