Go to Reports. Look in the left column.> how to make a custom report, or modify one of the canned reports. > All I want is an accounts totals list by banking institution. To get a bigger selection, Reports-> ChangeReportSettings-> SwitchFromEssentialToAdvancedReports You probably want to consider the Account Balance report to start. Customize(left column). Explore the various tabs. Account is the one you want for sure. Clear all, then enable just the ones you want. Apply or OK. If you get it the way you want, right-click into the modified report. AddToFavorites. Choose an appropriate name. Repeat as desired. Then Customize-> Reset to restore the report to its original state. |

| Are you in Advanced Reports or Essential Reports? If Advanced, look to the left when you have a report up for the word customize. If Essential, change to Advanced. | OK, I give up. I've looked all over the program options and I cannot see how to make a custom report, or modify one of the canned reports. All I want is an accounts totals list by banking institution. What you could do is to customize a report to include only the 12> I have 12 accounts set up under one banking institution, others under 2 > more banks. > How can I print account totals for just that bank? accounts. You could save that as a favorite with its own Title. View it with Favorites-> FavoriteReports. Then you could Reset the original report. |
