Having the same problem that just occured last night. Tried your solution
and did not work Cal.

Am running Money 2006 and was downloading transactions from my credit union.
Been running 06 since beginning of the year without a problem and this is
the first instance of this.

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

If that does not fix it, what program and credit card are you using?

I imported approx 300 items from my credit card account. The first 50 or so
appeared just fine. My account in MS Money still shows that I have 259 Items
To Review. However, the items don't appear. I've tried exiting and logging
back in.
