| thank you for the answer, First I have created a normal loan in a special account which begins later (the second period) Then I have created a scheduled debit equal to the interest payed (the first period = period of exemption) However how can I associate these scheduled debit with the special loan account ? In other words, can I see all the operations in the same template or I have to find an other trick to gather all the operations ? Thanks you for you advices !! |

When the balloon payment is actually due, create a new loan. You can't create the second portion of the loan in advance. |

| Hello everybody !! I currently use MS Money 2001, and I am trying to create a loan with a period of interest exemption . This kind of loan has two different periods : First you pay only interest without reemboursing the borrowed assets Second time, you pay assets ans intérêt like a normal loan Could you please help me to find out how I can parameter the loan assitant ?
