| Microsodt Money 2003 continually attempts to reinstall Whenever I use Windows Explorer, Windows Installer starts to run and it begins to install Microsoft Money 2003. I use Windows XP Pro. Windows Installer also attempts to install Scansoft PDF Create! 3.0.
