In a way this was fortunate that you found this out before you had a> back-up and it said it was corrupted. hard disk crash. I suggest rotating backups to a couple USB flash drives. Close Money In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles. Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering "msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box. If you still have the problem afterwards, choose something other than "postpone". - quote - > I had exited the program a couple > times since this problem occurred. | I didn't have any unread transactions. I tried restoring from my floppy disc back-up and it said it was corrupted. I had exited the program a couple times since this problem occurred. I think I did a back up on the C drive after the export was attempted. Do you have a TransactionsToRead in the ToReview column? If so, you> I can't find where the info went. You could do File-> Restore to a point before your event if you have> this didn't eliminate the problem. a suitable backup. If you do not have a suitable backup, you might want to review your backup policy. |

| I was trying to export account info into Excel. Maybe I did it incorrectly. I can't find where the info went. And now everytime I open Money, a pop-up menu comes up to tell me there is a "Online file received." I can not eliminate this, but only by-pass it by pressing "postpone." I created a phoney account to force the program to download the info, but this didn't eliminate the problem. |
