| Well, the good news is that it is downloading transactions again, "sort of". When it attempts to do its daily automatic update, it still reports "update unsuccessful". However, If I use the tools menu to initiate a manual update, everything works fine. Hopefully MS and/or Yodlee will continue to refine their solution, and the fix will automagically appear in a later update. Thanks for the replies. | This now appears to be fixed. I am getting a few transaction downloads at this point. | Does not apply to BoA in CA. That one requires Yodlee and the fix needs to be made either in Yodlee or jointly between Yodlee and Money. | Wayne, I use BofA and they now charge to directly download the data and use the billpay. It's 9.95/month for this service. You can go on the BofA website and download the transactions manually for free. Glenn B. | I have been having the same problem with Washington Mutual accounts. I have talked to their customer support and they seem to think the problem is with Money not their data. Can you let me know if you find out whether or not Money has a fix ? | My MS Money 2005 has not been able to automatically download transactions from my Bank of America checking account (in California) for the past few months. I think it is becauseof the change to SiteKey. I am wondering whether it is still an unfixed problem, or has it been fixed and I must do something to get my copy working right again? Thanks, SC |
