Then I think you need to look into network firewall and AV software issues
and potential other issues. Have you tried this with the sample data file?

Yes, I am having the exact same problem with 2006 Deluxe, working on a XP
home edition machine...this is a very similar problem that Turbo Tax 2004 was
having last year. I solved this by switching to Tax Cut...will we have to
switch to some other financial program??? Come on MS support...give us some
answers here.
