| John, It is not Money 2006 that "only allows number". It is Bank of America Investment Services (BAIS) . The sign-in data Money prompts you to enter to setup this type of account is a User ID and PIN. The PIN BAIS assigned you when you opened your account is different than the password used to access your account from their website. You need to review the BAIS documents mailed to you on account opening to find this PIN or just give them a call. Regards, JB John M.
