I don't know if this is the case with them, but some banks changed
their access methods. Some changes are actually designed to make
their web site not machine-readable. Again, I don't know if this is
the case with them.

My bank account has not been updated itself in 8 days now and I got
frustrated so I deleted the account and tried adding it again, now I get a
message "Account setup is unavailable, please try later". I restored my
account but it still will not update. Any advice??
