without passport. Just decline, ignore etc everything it says about passport
and online management/sharing of your data (now think of that, do you really
want to manage and store your financial data online?), and it will
eventually end up telling you to use local password for money file

First of all, thanx to all for your valuable input/suggestion/trick
posts about MIcrosoft Money products. I am new to personal financial
softwares and have recently purchased Money 2006 Deluxe. The
installation went fine but when I try to create a new Money file, on
the 3rd screen it asks to enter/create Passport username/password,
which I don't want to do. I saw few posts in this group suggesting that
Money 2006 doesn't need Passport account and it can be skipped/ignored
in some way. But on that screen, I didn't find any link/check-box with
which I can skip it and go further. Please tell me how to skip Passport
part and create/open Money file without Passport username/password.
