Unable to Log on with MNY03 deluxe

I have suceeded in resetting my password and now MNY03 loads
correctly.

However, I am not getting automatic download of my banking
transactions from all financial institutions. I must manually use
Internet Updates and Update Now to get the transaction downloads.

Is there something that I must (UN)check to get the auto downloads to
work as they once did ?

I am sorry; I am able to run MSMNY03 if I do not use the .NET
features, but am otherwise not able to auto logonto the server.

being found ??

Using WiN XPpro SP2 with Media Center 2005 RU2 installed (yesterday).

Am not able to run MSMNY03.

"Your sign on attempt was unsuccessful. Please try again later" is
shown.

Also, when clicking on "Forgot Password" my browser tries to open
tohttp://moneycentral.msn.com/money/2003/redir.aspx?mcrid=507 , but
am shown : "memberservices.com cannot be found. Please check name and
try again".

Whom may I contact directly for changing my logon password ?
