Under what conditions do you get that message?Do you get an error message such as the ones described in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297497/en-us ? You just installed Money 2004? And you were running Money 2002 last month? | Crash during upgrade of money 2002 to 2004 Olį, I am trying to open my Money 2002 file on a Money 2004 (version 12.0 - Update 1), and it crashes every time I try it. Money 2004 asks for my password, then I start the Setup Assistant but when I click 'next' in the Money File Conversion window, the application crashes with the following Erro Signature: AppName: msmoney.exe AppVer: 12.0.0.613 ModName: msvcrt.dll ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 00037e9f Can anyone help me with that?
