| IF the portfolio page of the sample file displays, then you likely have a data file problem. A newer version may or may not resolve your problem. If the sample file also does not work, then your odds may improve. You could download and try the M06 trial and test it. You could also download and install an M04 trial--that is harder to find and you won't be able to upgrade past the trial to a full M04 license easily--and test it as well.
