| There are lots of ways and what's best will vary depending on your requirements. You can just schedule bills and deposits. This is most effective for payables, but works for receivables. You can create accounts to track them and, when they go actual, transfer from the receivables account to the account where you put the money or transfer from the account where you have the money to the payables account.
