Default Mny Auto Entered Transactn marked as "E" automatically

I have Money 2003 w/small business.
Everything (paychecks, regular monthly bills, etc) that is set up as "auto
entered" appears in my registered as "electronically cleared" with an "E",
when that is not actually the case. Then, when the transaction is downloaded
from my bank, it thinks the one that was auto entered was already downloaded
and it creates a duplicate.

Anyone have a suggestion on this? Class? Anyone?
