If you've installed a recent version of MS Office, it may include a similar
'printer' that produces Microsoft Document Imaging files, suffix MDI. I got
that when installing Office for Students and Teachers. I wouldn't consider
that as universal a file format as PDF, but it works well for me, for local
purposes.

This solves more than my posted problem. Thank you very much!

I suggest that you first print to a PDF file. There are various
"printers" that include cutePDF and PDF995. Then you can look at the
resulting file, and only commit to paper the pages you want on
paper.

Default What page am I on?

I want to print out the transactions between certain dates from an
account. When I try to print, I am not asked the date range, but I am
asked asked what page(s) I want to print. I don't know how to find the
page numbers which contain the data I want to print.

I looked in the help file and didn't find any helpful information.

I'll appreciate some assistance.
