| I am having a similar problem. Online quotes for all Canadian mutual funds stopped Dec 31/05. Canadian and USA securities continue to be updated OK. I have Money 2004 Standard Edition. I didn't make any changes to the program's settings. The Call Summary Messages say the call was successful. Cal, I tried disabling every security except for 1 Canadian mutual fund. Still no update on the one fund. Then I looked at the details for a Canadian mutual fund. When I select the Find Symbol button, it displays a message window that says "No matching funds were found." It only does this for Canadian mutual funds. It finds Canadian stocks OK. Find Symbol can find USA stocks and mutual funds OK. But it no longer seems to find any Canadian mutual funds. Has there been previous problems with Online Quotes? Is there a way to submit this problem to Microsoft? Does anyone have some help or suggestions about this? Go to the Portfolio view, and> Anyone have any idea how long it's going to be down for this time?????? ChangePortfolioView-> CustomizeCurrentView-> PortfolioColumns Add in the LastUpdated column. Group by: NoHeaders. Click the LastUpdated column header to sort. Note the symbols for the securities with symbols that earliest dates. Go to UpdatePrices-> PickQuotesToDownload and de-select those securities. UpdatePrices online. If still no joy, de-select almost all of your securities, and try again. If you have success, add half back. Adjust as needed. |
