There are some scenarios where an intermediate upgrade to M04 is required to
upgrade the data file. See http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=180. Standard or
Deluxe M06 would probably work fine. But see

http://umpmfaq.info/Money2005.htm. Also, aren't RSRP's Canadian? That locks
you into a US version or M06 Standard for Canada, IIRC.
