Depending on which state you're in, it may work to change your bank to
zWachovia. You'll have to disable your existing online services, within
Money, before doing that. If you do, make sure you cancel any existing Apay
models before doing so. It's okay to leave existing ePay and aPay
transactions in the register, but you won't be able to track payment status
until the cleared transaction downloads. If that's important, you need to
cancel those payments, too, then resubmit after connecting to zWachovia.

sign up directly with Wachovia they support direct connection via both
Money and Quicken and it is free. Then you wont have to get the info
via a 3 party company and the info should be more up to date.

Also Wachovia support bill pay inside of both money and quicken and the
service is free.

Are you using Yodlee to download your transaction or you banks service?
Wachovia support both. If you login is you SSN + a pin you are using
your banks server. If you login is same as there web page you are using
Yodlee to download your transactions.

Default Problems with transactions and downloading from Wachovia

Anyone use Wachovia with Money 2006 and have trouble downloading
transactions? Money almost never updates automatically even though it is
set to do so. After I manually download the transactions most if not all
are blank with just the dollar amounts transferring and the check
numbers. The categories seem to have no memory at all. I may as well be
entering them manually. This has been going on for months. I spoke with
a dothead with Microsoft and I may as well have been at Devil's Tower
with my electronic keyboard. Wachovia of course blames it on Microsoft
and says it is their issue. I used Quicken a while back with the same
bank and had no issue. Bill Pay also doesn't work with Wachovia, you
have to log into their site and do it there. Anyone else having these
issues?
