| We are just fellow users. We attempt to help people if we have knowledge that is applicable to what they are asking. We don't help people that have questions we don't know the answer to. Sometimes we don't help people if they display attitude. BTW, Microsoft doesn't support people here except on very rare occasions and in narrow circumstances and generally without telling people that they are really secret Microsoft lurkers. They also do not support trial users from the normal support channels. The answer to your question is probably MSN BillPay and downloaded transaction balances have nothing to do with one another. I'm providing an semi-educated guess here since I use neither BillPay from Money nor downloaded transaction data from Money. | When I try to set up my bank accounts, Money always brings up the MSN Billpay sign in screen. Is MSN Billpay required to get my bank balances? I'm using the trial version to make sure this all works before I buy it. If I have to download transactions manually I'll either have to keep waiting or switch banks. I know from past experience I won't keep it updated. thanks for the help, John |
