| When I sell a stock or mutual fund, Money reports the entire sales price as income on the home page. This is regardless of my cost basis, even if I take a loss. If I bought $5000 worth of stock six months ago, and sell it for $5000 this month, it shows as an extra $5000 "income" for this month. That's really dumb. How can I make it stop? |
