Default Re: Unable to save edits to Recurring Bills

Thanks level 2 of the salvage program worked, 2 more quick
questions? Is this salvage program any different than the
one in Money 2004 Premium? Do the averages when using
the "last 12 instances" not automatically update?, it
seems that I have to go into it and change the number of
instances up or down, then back, then dave again, before
the new average is used in budgeting...

thanks again...

I can't get mine to do what yours is doing. After numerous edits and uses,
I'm still able to edit and pay this bill. It's sounding more like the bill
is corrupted, but if you can delete it and re-create and the corruption
comes back, it's deeper in the file. If you set this up in a new file, does
it also happen? That's going to be the test whether or not it's file
corruption. If it doesn't happen in a new file, you'll want to check out
some of your options for repairing the file in the FAQ list:

Okay I did some more testing by trying to recreate the
problem with a new transaction. The issue does not occur
until you use the transaction. Follow these steps...

1. New Bill - fill in all required fields
2. Put $100 in the amount field then, Use "Estimate
Amount Based on last number of instances" set to 12
3. Click OK
At this point I am still able to edit the file in any
manner possible.
4. Use the transaction
5. Once I have used the transaction I am then unable to
edit the transaction...

Please let me know if anyone else can recreate and
anythoughts that you might have... thanks so much...

Can you reproduce this issue in a new file? I am unable to get it to stop
accepting my changes, but it's possible that I'm using different steps. If
you cannot reproduce this using the same steps, it may be corruption of your
file. If you can reproduce, please post back the steps you used so others
can try.

Default Unable to save edits to Recurring Bills

It seems that when trying to make a change to any
recurring Bill that uses the "Estimate amount based on
last numver of instances". I am unable to save the
changes to the transaction. I have tried deleting and
redoing the transaction altogether and still once I use
that function and save it the first time no subsequent
changes will save...

Any thoughts...
