Diabling Passport Sign On?

I just upgraded to M2004 and don't want to see the passport sign-in
nag-ware. I tired following the MS instructions for diabling it (sign in
with a passport, go to password management, change to diable passport, check
the box) to no avail. Every time I start Money, I see the passport/Money
sign in rather than my home page. Any ideas?
