It's affecting a lot more than bill pay. I don't even use it but as of the
date bill pay was changed moneycentral stock page update does not work.
This had nothing to do with Money, which I don't use. E-mail to moneycentral
put me in a loop where I explain what is happening and they respond with a
message something to the effect they haven't heard from me yet. After the
third time doing this I gave up on them.

I have had similar problems when MS makes an update, the last time maybe a
year or so ago. It usually starts working again after a few days but this
time is a lot longer.

Default "Your last call encountered an error"...

I've searched and read through 6 pages of posts and didn't find my question
already answered. Here goes..

When the new changes went into effect, I like many other people had problems
logging into billpay. I had to go through phone support and they assisted me
in changing my password to billpay that I used for Money 2005. I can now log
into billpay via the website and see all my account info, etc. However, when
I try to go to Tools--> Internet Updates--> Update Now within Money '05, I'm
able to update the general news, but my bank account and MSN billpay calls
get the following error:

"Your last call encountered an error.

Your account information is being updated, which may take a few minutes. If
this message appears for more than five minutes, try again." ('try again' is
a link to the 'update now' feature)

This message repeats itselft on the "Review update results" page, once each
for bill pay and my bank. I can log into my bank and billpay online
successfully to their websites (my bank is supported via Money), and I can
manually send my bank account information from my bank account online into
Money...however, I can't update from within Money. I've waited pretty much
all day (alot longer then 5 minutes) and have tried many, many times but it's
not 'updating'.

Is there something I can do to fix this or is this a known bug? Also, is
this affecting billpay from sending or receiving my pay requests?
