When you installed M2006 it made a backup of your M2005 file as .m14. You
can reinstall M2005 and open that file (suggest some renaming first .mny M2006.mny and .m14 > .mny - or similar). The downside is you will lose all
transactions since you upgraded.

Internet Explorer> > Tools> > Internet Options> > Connections> > LAN
Settings> > Automatically Detect Settings (should be checked)
