Is the only way to resolve this is to call AMEX? I.e. did they say
they're working on the issue?

Db,

Call AMEX. I had the same issue but they eventually resolved it. One of
their operators told me about the cycle blackout but I guess they were
in a hurry!

I waited a few more days since my cycle closed on the 22nd, but still no
dice. I cannot get any of the latest transactions despite the fact that I see
them when I log on to the AMEX site. I even tried recreating the whole
account and importing the data. The new account will only download the same
transactions the old one already had. In other words - I am connecting and I
am recieving transaction data just nothing that posted since 11/22.

Is this a new account? Did your Amex statement cylce just close? I was
told there is a three-day blackout period on transaction downloads each cylce.

I am unable to recieve all of my new transactions from Amex. I can download
some of the older ones but the latest transactions do not come in whether I
try from within Money or go to the Amex site and push the file from there. I
have tried the disable/enable route that worked for me when I had the same
issue with Citi and that does not help. Suggestions?
