Thanks, Dick. I went in and changed the name of the fund and the
investments.

I should add that what I think you accomplished is transferring shares of
fund ABCDX from Investment Account X to a new investment account named after
the new mutual fund. You didn't actually convert shares from one fund into
shares of a different new and merged fund. That's my suspicion from your
description anyway.

You say you "created a new investment account and transferred the shares
from the old fund into the new one." I think this means you did not create a
new Investment, only a new Investment Account. Funds are Investments.
Investments are held in Investment Accounts.

You might want to read http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=144.

Default Money 2005

Hi,
I'm running Money 2005 on Windows XP with SP2 installed.

One of my mutual funds just merged into another fund. I created a new
investment account and transferred the shares from the old fund into the new
one. But...the new fund does not show up in the portfolio manager.

How can I fix this?

Thanks
Patricia
