Default Phantom bill entry in budget, MS Money 2006 Small Business

Upgraded from 2002 to 2006.
Budget Summary shows an entry under Special, Transfers into budget accounts.
I think this relates to a bill set up by money to pay a credit card. I
deleted the bill and now have the phantom. I have read the posts on changing
categories but cannot use this workaround as the category Transfers into
budget accounts is contolled by the software.

Any help appreciated.
