| More about the download issue- I narrowed the problem down to this. If I download to Quicken using 'Update" when Money 2006 is open, Money apparently recognizes a download has happened. Money does not input any transactikons during the Quicken update but does update something that will prevent it's "Internet Update" from recognizing new transactions. I verified this by loading the Money backup file and then doing an Update- it worked fine. Also, if I do the Money Upate first and then Quicken there is no problem... go figure!! | I know AGE did a major upgrade, possibly around that time, and had several issues with the transaction download. The issue I had the most difficulty with was CMA interest... the dividends required an investment to attach to when none existed nor should exist. They got that resolved after several weeks. The workaround was to just delete the erroneous dividend tranactions. To add more to my issue, I turned off online services and then restarted it. In the startup process I asked for 7 days transactions and I got them, all of which were match transactions from the previous online setup and the new ones that I was unable to download from today's update attempt. I'll wait until tomorrow and try a normal update to see if anything changes. I would add that the problem appears to have started between April> months. I will see if I can figure out more. 22 and May 13. They don't appear to be sending interest transactions, and I am not sure what else. |

I will see if I can figure out more. Note that AGE does not represent the Buys and Sells of the MMF. Instead the cash balance would represent the MMF holdings. That is not related to the missing transactions thing. |

| During online setup all cash transaction to that date download and the account was reconsiled. The problem is new transactions after that date don't download. The broker is AG Edwards. I am converting from Quicken and did not have any prior problem with this account. During online setup both transaction registers were populated with prior transactions, cash into the cash register and interest (dividend) payments into the investment register. The account summary shows "no investment". | I have several brokerage accounts, one of which is strictly a CMA checking account. I have no problem downloading transactions from the accounts that have investments in them. However, the account used for checking (no investments) set up ok, but the cash transactions don't download. Any suggestions? |
