The amortization schedule amortizes according to the payment value
associated with the PI values setup for the loan, not with the
scheduled/actual loan payments.

Excel is always a handy accessory for Money. It's odd that one costs $20 and
the other $100.

Default Additional Mortgage Payment

On the 1st of each month my mortgage payment is drafted from my bank & Money
2005 tracks it with no problem; however I also make an additional mortgage
payment on the 15th of every month and I'm unable to get Money to recognize
the extra payment.

I've setup a recurring payment for the 15th of each month as follows:
Pay To: Mortgage Company
Pay From: Bank Account
Category: Loan Payment : Mortgage

This payment is reflected in my account regsiter but the mortgage
amortization schedule only reflects the payments made at the 1st of the month.

Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?
