| Who wants to deal with a snotty teller? They should pay us to do that. Wells Fargo charges for everything. I think it's them the commercials are making fun of -- the ones with the "vacuum fee" at the drive-through, "unless you have your own vacuum," and some others with the same theme. They're cute, but I don't remember what bank they're for, so I guess they failed in their mission. Susan .. .. I haven't seen that one, but my favorite is the one where the woman customer is talking with the male teller. Here checks were printed wrong. "Ok, let's see. There's a reprint fee. 6 consonants and 4 vowels. Then there's the conversation fee for this little chat." What? She says. "Ohhh, emotional outburst fee, those can get pricy." | I'm not sure about it. Will the banks such as Citi, AMEX charge me for using Money to get data from them? Thanks. .. .. In my case, Chase charges a monthly "online fee" to have internet access to your account. There is not an additional extra charge for Money update downloads. Vasiliy Zaitsev PGP Key: 0xF8F5619A |

Most banks want you to use their web site rather than create demand for human customer service. Some banks do charge for online bill pay, even if only web-based. |
