| What route do you suggest to notify them? My experience with on-line tech support on 10/21 or 10/22 when this all started, was dismal. BTW, today, 11/3, at about 6:30 pm EST, I again see today's price and yesterday's date for my American Funds. So maybe the problem has resurfaced.
