You're doing it the only way available, to my knowledge. Contribution does
not appear as income.
I created a category Employer Match and used Banking/Account Tools/Category
& Payees to assign it to the Employer Match Category Group.

Default SEP-IRA Contributions...

I am very new to Money so please excuse me. I have a SEP-IRA through my
employer and each paycheck I contribute the maximum that I am allowed
to contribute. My company makes contributions each paycheck equal to
10% of my gross pay. I can setup the paycheck and manage my
contributions but how do I also track my companies contributions into
the account? For now I just created a new recurring deposit into my
SEP-IRA. I just want to make sure that there is not a way to associate
my companies contributions with my paycheck in money.
