I had this problem as well but have ignored it for a couple of months. I
found this on Google which fixed me up good and quick...

1) Delete Temporary Internet Files
2) Start Run "msmoney -s"

When I was on Money 2004 (upgraded a few times to get to that year), it

Like many others, I recently got accounts that say there are unread
downloaded transactions, but nothing shows in the register. I've tried
everything suggested in the MS KB note, and in the group, to no avail.

I found a workaround for my file, and would be interested if it works for
anyone else. Also, I was able to verify that this workaround worked for me
on both Money 2004 and 2006.

I pay all my credit card bills from a single bank account using MSN Billpay
and scheduled payments in Money. What I found after lots of testing is that
the creditcard billpay transactions were causing the problem. When I
changed the category from "credit card payment:cc account name" to something
else, then downloaded transactions were visible, both in the bank account
and the cc account. In my case I made the transaction a transfer to the cc
account and everything was fine!

I suspect that somehow or other the transaction was corrupt and undoing the
link to the other account got rid of the problem, but that's just a guess.
How the transactions got corrupt (I had to change 3 recent cc payments) is
another question..... I had to rebuild my entire Money file in Sept due to
this type of problem, and only recently have had downloaded payments that
were made with the category set up as a scheduled cc payment.

Anyway, I'd be real interested in whether this workaround works for others.
