| Hi! I'm having similar problems with online updates as well with 2005 Premium (full version), especially updates from BofA bank, saying I need to resign in through the website and then update again (did that but issue still exists). Symptoms started over a week ago. I just did a standard file repair (renaming to a new filename). And after an update, it showed several new transactions but it doesn't show up during review. Thoughts on what could be wrong and how to remedy this? TIA Don "Tom" wrote: - quote - > When I tried updating accounts this morning, Money could not do it. | Thanks for the help. Things seem to be working better now as I can download statements and transactions again. Ah... that indicates a connectivity problem.> session later and see what happens. > This is what I was talking about: > http://support.microsoft.com/select/?target=hub If using XP, I would create a new administrative user, and see if the links work as that user. The theory is that if the problem is an IE6 setting, you will get default settings for the new user. If you succeed this way, it would accomplish the download, and it would point toward the reason the other did not work. You can try loosening up your IE6 security settings. You can delete the new user later, and your regular IE6 settings will not have been changed by the temporary user. If you cannot access the links in IE6 as a new user, look to your software firewall to be blocking you. - quote - > And click "Money" under "Money and Business Solutions." > "Cal Learner-- MVP" wrote: > > In microsoft.public.money, Tom wrote: > > > > When I tried updating accounts this morning, Money could not do it. | I was unable to find the link you sent me, but thanks, I'll try the chat session later and see what happens. This is what I was talking about: http://support.microsoft.com/select/?target=hub And click "Money" under "Money and Business Solutions." | Yes- I have the trial versiona dn it worked for a week, and then duplicated my primary bank account which has 5 checking and savings individual accounts- Tried to find a chat or email help- the rat Basta----s don't give you any support for trial versions. How stupid is that??????? It updates 4 Wachovia accounts, but won't do my primary bank. "Tom" wrote: - quote - > When I tried updating accounts this morning, Money could not do it. | When I tried updating accounts this morning, Money could not do it. I would get an error message to try again later or to disable then setup the online account updates for the accounts in question. Waiting 18 hours has not helped and neither has trying to setup the online account updates for those account again either. Could this have something to do with the release of M06? I notice that the support page for Money "cannot be found" as well. I've tried creating a brand new money file and I still cannot update any of my accounts that I used to be able to update automatically. I tried the trial version of M06 and I have the same problems. Anyone else having these horrible problems? |
