 Re: Help with archiving I hear what you are saying but you are preventing yourself from having access to what I believe is one of the most powerful features of Money - reports that cover multiple years. Plus to even see archived data you have to close out your current file and load an old archive file. This is a major inconvenience that is eliminated by leaving all data in one big file. Your reason for archiving is a type of tidiness, and archiving can> useful. I have them back to 1997 and am able to access them individually by > year. be useful for that. Some people archive to make their files smaller and faster, and their expectations are not usually met. |

| Help with archiving 10/16 I posted, seekng for help with archiving my 2004 records in Money 2003. I came across a solution for why I wasn't able to archive my records and 2004 is now archived. I find archived years of information to be very useful. I have them back to 1997 and am able to access them individually by year. |
