What is strange is I logged onto my account via the web to see if the> correct criteria to allow the download. download instructions had changed (different id/password, etc.) and they don't even show the instructions for Money downloads. | Anyone having issues downloading from Amex? Money 2006. Past two days it fails with "American Express is unable to fulfill your request at this time. Please try again later." It is not the normal looking error for the occasional failure.
