| When you say a different login for OFX does that hold true to all their accounts, inlcuding the personal banking as well? I don't think that is the case, here is why: 1. All my personal accounts using OFX use the same credentials as the website. 2. Money 2006 even states in the online setup process for Commerce Bank NJ, PA, NY & DE to use the same credentials as the website. 3. If that was the case, at least one of the ten or so employees I have spoken to would have brought up this point. 4. Why would business checking use different credentials then personal checkings if the use the same website interface and why has not one single person told me as of yet. |

As I understand it, the Commerce Bank NJ, PA, NY & DE uses a> software only asks you for the very same userid/pin I would use to > login to the Commerce Bank website. It is VERY hard to get it wrong. different login and password for the OFX access. The bank support person should have told you that they use different credentials than the web site for Money interface. I would call support at the bank and ask about that. |

| Very annoying... I have all my personal accounts with Commerce Bank/Commerce Bank NJ, PA, NY & DE. I manage to sync/update these with Money everyday and it works great. I recently opened a business checking account with Commerce as well and since I have a seperate userid/pin for this I have been trying to add this account and set it up for online services from within Money... BUT IT WON'T LET ME. It tells me the sign-in fails. I have done the following: 1. I have double-checked the credentials many times and they are right. I am able to login to the Commerce Bank website using them but Money fails to log-in using the very same credentials. 2. I have confirmed with Commerce Bank that the account is activated in every shape, way and form to work with Money. 3. I have gone over the Money setup process multiple times. The software only asks you for the very same userid/pin I would use to login to the Commerce Bank website. It is VERY hard to get it wrong. I am speechless, especially since all my personal accounts work without any problems. Could it be possible that I have to buy Money Small Business in order for it to work with a Business Accounts? Can it really be that bad? I am running out of ideas. Microsoft staff or anyone that had the same issues, please help. Thanks |
