For example, you can mark all entries balanced/reconciled. Selectto show only unreconciled transactions. Sort by date, and go to the oldest transaction. Hold down Cntl+Shift+M and let auto-repeat work thru the transactions until none are left showing. You may also find a method to expedite marking all clear, but I will leave it to you to search. http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search enter words that you think would be in relevant posts into the "all of the words" box. Enter microsoft.public.money into the newsgroup box. Consider selecting Sort By Date. And if you can't find it, there are keyboard macros you could seek out. |

| Is there any way to select and mark multiple transactions (as reconciled, cleared, etc.) in a single operation, or is it necessary to do the trained-monkey approach and select each transaction in turn and mark it accordingly? I'm running $2006 Deluxe. Thanks. - John |
