2 functions in 2003 now lost in 2006

Sorry, the 2004 edition was the last good version, lots of problems and
lost functions with 2005 on

Both have been gone for several versions. There's no way to bring them back
short of, perhaps, pestering Microsoft. Lots of people have complained about
both--more the first issue than the second--but so far it has done no good.
Perhaps they've only complained here? See also

The forecast cash flow is available for one or several accounts from the
Forecast Cash Flow link on the Bills & Deposits page.

I don't know if it matters if you're using advanced vs essential (read:
dumbed down) registers, but click on View listbox at the top of the
register.

and withdrawals and then the complete balance statement difference. now it
just says "difference between statement and your acct".... not very helpful.
