I had forgotten that.

You might work around this by File-> Import-> RecoverAccounts the QIF
file. It won't look for duplicates, but you could do that manually.

Thanks for the help Cal, I do NOT have an OFX file at all...it's a QIF
file. I will look for something to analyize the file but would this
help? I have a visa card and am getting the downloads from
www.mycardstatement.com. Here is one transaction (modified somewhat
from the QIF file).

Also, you might want to try

"Tools for analyzing OFX response files" from
http://www.microsoft.com/money/fi/tools.mspx#ofx

You might identify the credit card with which you have the problem.

If you identify the problem with the file, would you modify the file
to work?

You might consider pasting your problem OFX file into a posting, and
change sensitive information, such as the account number, into
"NNNNNNN".

When you converted, Money 2006 left a copy of your Money 2005 file
named *.m14 .

The transactions are new as I see them in Wordpad and I do NOT have
them in the register. I did do a quick file repair. Yes. Nothing....

Lucas,

Might be a longshot, but I personally noticed Money 2006 takes longer
than 2005 (on the order of 30-60 seconds) to show the transactions in
the register even when it is already showing that you have transactions
to review.

Try your download again and walk away for about two minutes or so. See
if they show up when you get back. Let us know if this works!

Regards,
JB

Look at the QIF file (with Notepad perhaps) to see if the
transactions there might not already be in your register.

The repair you did was File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair?

heck?!? I've tried quite a few things already to no avail. Deleted
history and temp, deleted the statement and previous
transactions/statements, repaired my money file a few times, tried to
import in a different file but it just doesn't show up. Suggestions
