Are you sure the fund is marked for download? On your portfolio view, select
"Update prices" on the left, then "Pick quotes to download", and make sure it
is checked. I have found for some reason, a stock or fund is not always
marked for download when I add it the first time.

So John Barnes's idea of blanking the symbol in the investment
details for a while would be your best workaround.

Still more folks having trouble, this time with an acknowledgement
from MS that they've reproduced this problem:

Looks like there is no historical pricing available:
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor...1&Symbol=csmvx
So it may be the data feed from Media General or some other problem with
saving the data on MSN Money servers.

Thanks, Cal. That was a good idea. I tried using CSMVX in a new
file, and I can't download any prices in that file, either. In the
new file, when I add the investment to "investments to watch", I
get exactly the same thing as in my primary file. Any price that
I manually enter gets overwritten with $0.

FWIW, I'm using Money 2004 Deluxe Version 12.0 Update 1.

Can someone who's using the same version try downloading a price
for CSMVX to see if it works?

Thanks in advance.

I tried a test using CSMVX. The price downloads fine.

I would go to Portfolio-> UpdatePrices-> PickQuotesToDownload and try
changing the setting for CSMVX.

Complain to Microsoft or maybe Yodlee who provides much of the information.
You can take the abbreviation out of account settings to stop the zeroing
out.

Default Single quote not downloading?

I'm having a problem with a single mutual fund quote not downloading.
All my other quotes are downloading just fine. Just one particular
quote is not downloading. I can update it manually, but the next
time that I do an online update, it gets reset to fund price gets
reset to $0.

The symbol in question is CSMVX. That fund has recently been
renamed.

I've searched the group for probs like this but haven't found any.
Any ideas?
