7MB is not large for a Money file.

Open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

If the problem is not fixed, make a repaired version of your file
with salv.exe and try that file. See the lower portion of

Default Account Transactions report crashes

When I set the account transactions report to print by subcategory, the file
closes and will re-open back at the password stage. The file is quite large
(7mb) with a lot of transactions. Will open to category but not sub category.
Currently running Money 2003.
