Glad I could help. Thanks for the feedback. You might want to also see
http://umpmfaq.info/faqdb.php?q=63. This can make the list of explicit
payees much more manageable and meaningful.

By "payee buffer" I assume you mean the list of names they use to
auto-complete. The auto-complete list comes from the explicit Payees. These
can be pruned in Payees & Categories|Payees. You need to delete any Payees
you don't want Money to include in the list. This does not affect prior
transaction data.

Default Checking Payee Buffer

Does anybody know how to delete entries in the payee buffer of the checking
account portion of Money2004? I tried the MS Money help feature but all it
did was to take me to MS website to sell me some more crap I don't need.
