| Interest-only mortgage in 2006 I'm having trouble setting up an interest-only mortgage in M2006. have followed the wizard and made the balloon amount the same as th mortgage amount, typed in the principle+interest payment amount an had it calculate the interest rate. When I enter a transaction, it shows as a principle payment. How do just have the payment apply to interest? Please advise Thank |
