It's worth your time to check out the trial version and decide for yourself.
You can run 2000 and 2006 concurrently.

Default Money 2000

I'm using Money 2000 i've heard how slow the latest version is,
how annoying the ads are, etc.

Can someone give me any good reasons to upgrade to
a newer version of money?

And now Money Express is gone? Do I gain anything by upgrading?
