removing an account from reports in 2006

Admittedly this is in M2005 but when you select any given report e.g.
Account Balances, you get a list in the LH Pane - Common Tasks and one of
these is Customise...

Are you using M05 or 6 and Essential Reports? Change to Advanced Reports
(and advanced everything else for that matter). Once in Advanced Reports,
look on the left. There's a Customize... link there. Essential * is useless
for anything besides consolidation of web access to your various banks.

I have tried everything that looks like it might have control over that
account... I have searched on the help site and all that jazz too...

Have you tried playing with the accounts on the Customize|Accounts tab that
is available for most reports?

You can Customize any report in the Reports Gallery. Click
Customize, and select the Account tab.
