| Mr Watson, Thank you so much for your help. The Ultrasoft download was FREE, and after fiddling with it for a little while, it WORKED! I'm afraid that I am about to wake up and find out I have been dreaming! I hope I didn't offend anyone with the fake email address, but I got spammed like crazy with get rich quick schemes and porn sights when I used my real email address. It took about three months to clean up the mess! JW - quote - > -----Original Message----- > MoneyLink versions are hopelessly linked to the version of Money. | MoneyLink versions are hopelessly linked to the version of Money. MoneyLink has not been supplied directly by Microsoft with Money for several Money versions now. For more details, see the FAQ. You need to go to http://www.ultrasoft.com, and get the version for M04. Follow its installation and setup procedures--particularly the parts about telling Excel about the old add-in going away and the new add-in being added--and let us know how this works for you. | I think that Money 2004 Standard does not support Money Link, and I must upgrade to Money 2004 Deluxe to get this feature. I would like to get confirmation from someone who knows for sure, before I spend the money and take the time to upgrade. Thanks! | Sorry, I will do better. I have Win 2000, Excel 2000, and I recently upgraded from Money 2000 Standard to Money 2004 Sandard. After the upgrade, Money Link did not work. I downloaded a file, "MoneyLink2001.exe" and installed it. I know it said "2001", but the description said it would work on Money 2001 and later. In Excel, I click on "Data" and all the Money Link buttons including "Get Money Data" are greyed out. I have read through all the help files and online assistance I can find, and I cannot tell for sure if Money 2004 Standard supports Money Link, nor can I figure out what to do next. I realize I can export the reports to Excel, but that's not what I want to do because I would have to redo my spreadsheets. Thanks for any help! - quote - > -----Original Message----- > I made it work just fine. Be more descriptive. What you've done. What you > expected it to do. What it does instead.
