| Thanks for the response, Gary. You have obviously had better luck with the relocated Tech Support group than I have. I've spent a couple of hours with them to no avail thus far. I keep checking the Knowledge Base to see if the issue has made it there yet. Thank again, zender - quote - > -----Original Message----- > I have the same issue. | I have the same issue. Spent much time with MSFT tech help and others on this bulletin board. It is a known problem, they are working on it and say that a fix will be made. I have uninstalled 2004 and gone back to 2003. Tech help told me that a change was made to the program that takes into account the number of securities and the connection speed to the internet in an effort to speed up the data flow, but it is not working properly. | I've got an odd problem. I upgrade to Money 2004 Deluxe from 2003 Deluxe on Aug. 1st. I run two separate money data files, one pretty small and one fairly large, both login through different Passport accounts. Both claim to be downloading online quotes along with Money updates, statements, etc. as they should be. However, the prices in the large file all have a latest date of August 1st. I've confirmed that the prices are indeed the closing prices for the various securities as of Aug. 1st so I don't believe it to be a date issue. Rather, it seems like the prices just aren't updating. The small file looks fine and in fact shows what I assume are new features of Money 2004 with highs and lows identified. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks, zender |
